How do I place an order?
You can Order Online by: Browsing our products on the shop page and click & add to cart on the item you want to purchase. Chose your size & quantity of preference and add to cart. Click on view cart and proceed to checkout. You can edit your order if necessary before entering shipping details. Then proceed to checkout. On check out page, enter billing and contact details. What type of shipping service do you use?
We process orders in 24hours. All orders are sent using Canada Post’s Xpresspost in discreet packaging. Typically orders will arrive within 2-3 days of payment. We are operating during COVID 🙂
What are your shipping costs?
We charge $14.99 flat rate shipping fee for order under $99 and FREE for order $100 and up.

I have sent an interac e-transfer payment, what happens next?
Interac e-transfers can take up to 2 hours to process within our system and notify us about your pending transfer. We process orders in the order of when payment was received.
How will my order be packaged?
All contents are vacuum sealed. Your privacy is our top priority. All orders are packaged in a plain and discreet manner with no indication of contents.
